Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB7B, a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, plays a critical role in endosomal and lysosomal trafficking, which is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and signal transduction. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various cellular processes such as autophagy, neurotransmitter release, and immune response. Dysregulation of RAB7B has been implicated in several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The expression and functional analysis of recombinant RAB7B protein have garnered significant interest in the biotechnological and pharmaceutical fields. By producing RAB7B recombinantly, researchers can investigate its molecular mechanisms, interactions with other proteins, and role in disease pathology. Furthermore, understanding the structure-function relationship of RAB7B can facilitate the development of targeted therapies aimed at modulating its activity. Overall, the research surrounding recombinant RAB7B protein not only enhances our understanding of fundamental cellular processes but also opens avenues for innovative treatments in related diseases.
