稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL11RA1, or Interleukin-11 receptor alpha 1, is a critical component of the interleukin-11 signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune response, tissue remodeling, and fibrosis. Research into IL11RA1 has gained momentum due to its involvement in several diseases, particularly in inflammatory conditions and cancer. The receptor is known to mediate the effects of IL-11, a cytokine that influences cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival, thereby impacting tumor progression and metastatic potential. Abnormal expression of IL11RA1 has been linked to adverse outcomes in multiple cancer types, making it a potential therapeutic target. Recombinant protein studies of IL11RA1 aim to elucidate its specific functions, interactions with ligands, and downstream signaling mechanisms. By producing and characterizing IL11RA1 as a recombinant protein, researchers can explore its structural properties, identify binding partners, and assess its role in disease models. This research not only provides insights into the biological functions of IL11RA1 but also paves the way for novel therapeutic strategies that could mitigate its pathological effects in diseases characterized by dysregulated IL-11 signaling. Understanding IL11RA1's role could ultimately contribute to the development of targeted therapies that enhance treatment outcomes for patients suffering from inflammatory diseases and cancers associated with its dysregulation.
