Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NANOS2 is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in the regulation of germ cell development and maintenance. It is part of the NANOS family of proteins, which are conserved across various species and are essential for germ line specification during embryogenesis. NANOS2 functions primarily by inhibiting the translation of specific mRNAs, thereby influencing cell differentiation and fate decisions. Research into NANOS2 has garnered attention due to its implications in reproductive biology, as it is vital for the proper formation and preservation of primordial germ cells. Mutations or dysregulation of NANOS2 have been linked to infertility and developmental disorders. Furthermore, understanding the mechanisms of NANOS2 can provide insights into not only germ cell biology but also broader aspects of stem cell research and developmental genetics. By investigating the pathways and interactions involving NANOS2, researchers aim to elucidate its role in cell proliferation and differentiation, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in developmental biology and potential therapeutic applications. This area of study is vital for both basic science and clinical contexts, as it has the potential to inform strategies for addressing reproductive health issues and developmental anomalies.
