Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GTF2F2, a member of the general transcription factor family, plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression by facilitating the assembly of the transcription machinery at promoters. Research into GTF2F2 is particularly significant due to its involvement in the transcriptional initiation process and its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. Emerging studies have suggested that GTF2F2 may interact with other transcription factors and co-factors, thus influencing the transcriptional landscape in response to cellular stimuli. Furthermore, mutations or dysregulation of GTF2F2 have been linked to certain developmental disorders and cancers, making it a target of interest for understanding disease mechanisms and developing therapeutic strategies. The recombinant expression of GTF2F2 allows for in-depth biochemical studies and structural analyses, enabling researchers to elucidate its functional roles and interactions. As such, this protein serves as a valuable tool in the study of gene regulation and the development of novel approaches for disease intervention.
