Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CELA3A, or Chymotrypsin-like elastase family member 3A, is a serine protease that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including protein digestion and immune response regulation. Its expression is predominantly found in the pancreas, where it contributes to the breakdown of dietary proteins. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of CELA3A in various pathological conditions, including inflammatory diseases and certain cancers, due to its potential involvement in tissue remodeling and inflammation. Moreover, investigations into the structural characteristics of CELA3A have revealed its unique catalytic mechanisms and substrate specificity, making it an attractive target for drug development and therapeutic interventions. Researchers are increasingly focusing on the recombinant production of CELA3A to facilitate the study of its enzyme kinetics, biological functions, and interactions with other biomolecules. The ability to produce CELA3A in a controlled environment allows for detailed characterization and potential applications in biomedicine, such as developing protease inhibitors or enzyme replacement therapies. Understanding the functional properties and regulatory mechanisms of CELA3A is essential for elucidating its biological significance and exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in various diseases.
