稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCL3L1, a member of the chemokine family, plays a crucial role in the immune response by regulating the migration and activation of leukocytes. It is particularly significant in the context of viral infections and inflammatory diseases. Studies have shown that variations in CCL3L1 gene copy number are associated with susceptibility to HIV-1, with higher levels of this protein correlating with better control of the virus. Additionally, CCL3L1 has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant production of CCL3L1 protein allows for in-depth studies of its functional properties, facilitating investigations into its role in immune modulation. By generating a sufficient quantity of this protein, researchers can assess its effects on immune cell behavior, explore its potential as a biomarker, and evaluate its viability as a candidate for immunotherapy approaches. Understanding the mechanisms underlying CCL3L1’s actions in both health and disease is vital for developing innovative strategies for managing infectious and autoimmune conditions.
