稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VSTM1, or V-set and transmembrane domain containing 1, is a protein that has garnered attention due to its potential roles in immune regulation and cellular signaling. Recent studies have indicated that VSTM1 may be involved in modulating immune cell interactions and responses, particularly in lymphocytes. Its expression patterns have been linked to various physiological and pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases and cancers, suggesting that VSTM1 may play a critical role in maintaining immune homeostasis and tumorigenesis. The interest in VSTM1 has led to efforts to produce recombinant forms of the protein for functional studies, enabling researchers to explore its mechanisms of action at a molecular level. Investigating the structure and function of VSTM1, particularly its interactions with other immune system components, could provide valuable insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. By enhancing our understanding of VSTM1’s role, we may uncover novel strategies for treating immune-related disorders and improving immune responses to tumors.
