Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANXA2 (Annexin A2) has garnered significant interest in biomedical research due to its multifaceted role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, membrane trafficking, and cytoskeletal dynamics. This calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein is implicated in several critical physiological and pathological processes, such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Additionally, ANXA2 is known to be involved in tumor biology, where it is associated with cancer progression, invasion, and metastasis. Notably, it serves as a receptor for certain viruses, suggesting its importance in infectious diseases. The study of ANXA2 recombinant proteins provides valuable insights into its structure-function relationships and potential therapeutic applications. The expression and purification of ANXA2 in recombinant systems allow researchers to examine its interactions with other proteins, elucidate its role in cellular mechanisms, and explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Furthermore, understanding the functional aspects of ANXA2 can contribute to the development of novel strategies for cancer treatment and the management of viral infections, underscoring its relevance in both fundamental and applied research realms. As such, ANXA2 recombinant proteins serve as critical tools in advancing our knowledge of this multifunctional protein and its implications in health and disease.
