稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CENPK, or Centromere Protein K, is a crucial component of the centromere, the region of a chromosome that is essential for proper chromosome segregation during cell division. Research into CENPK has gained significant attention due to its role in maintaining genomic stability and its implications in various cellular processes, including mitosis and meiosis. Dysregulation of CENPK has been associated with several diseases, particularly cancer, where improper chromosome segregation can lead to aneuploidy and tumorigenesis. The study of recombinant CENPK proteins allows researchers to investigate the protein's structure, function, and interactions at a molecular level, thereby enhancing our understanding of its role in centromere dynamics and stability. Additionally, these recombinant proteins can be utilized in developing therapeutics aimed at targeting CENPK-related pathways in cancer treatment. By producing and characterizing CENPK in vitro, scientists are better equipped to explore its potential as a biomarker for disease states and a target for drug development, highlighting the importance of this research in both basic and applied biomedical sciences.
