稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD300LG, also known as the CD300c molecule, belongs to the CD300 family of immune receptors that play significant roles in immune regulation. Research into CD300LG has gained attention due to its potential involvement in modulating immune responses, particularly in allergic diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. This protein acts as an inhibitory receptor on various immune cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages, influencing their activity and the overall immune response. The study of CD300LG has been propelled by its association with various pathologies, suggesting its utility as a therapeutic target. For instance, its expression levels have been linked to the severity of allergic reactions and tumor biology. Understanding the structure and function of CD300LG through recombinant protein studies can shed light on its precise mechanisms and interactions with ligands. This knowledge is crucial for developing novel immunotherapeutic strategies that could harness or block its activity to better regulate immune responses in disease contexts. Thus, the exploration of CD300LG recombinant proteins serves as a foundational step toward elucidating their roles in health and disease, offering insights that could pave the way for innovative treatments in immunology.
