Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The BSDC1 (Bipolar Spindle Domain Containing 1) protein has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology due to its critical role in the regulation of cell division and the maintenance of genomic stability. Research suggests that BSDC1 is involved in the coordination of microtubule dynamics during mitosis, which is essential for proper chromosome segregation. Alterations in BSDC1 expression or function may lead to aneuploidy and various cancerous transformations, underscoring its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression and a target for therapeutic intervention. Additionally, studies have explored the interactions of BSDC1 with other mitotic proteins, enhancing our understanding of its functional network within the cell. Investigating the structure and mechanism of BSDC1 is vital for elucidating its role in cellular processes, which may lead to novel insights into tumorigenesis and the development of targeted cancer therapies. As a result, the recombinant expression of BSDC1 is an area of active research, aimed at characterizing its properties and functional implications in both normal and pathological conditions. This ongoing research is expected to provide better comprehension of cell cycle regulation and could pave the way for innovative strategies in cancer treatment and prevention.
