Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL2RA, also known as the interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain, plays a crucial role in the immune system by regulating T-cell activation and proliferation. This receptor, when bound by interleukin-2 (IL-2), is instrumental in maintaining immune homeostasis and promoting T-cell differentiation. Research on IL2RA is particularly relevant in the context of autoimmune diseases and cancer, as alterations in its expression or function can lead to inappropriate immune responses. The recombinant form of IL2RA has emerged as a significant focus in therapeutic development, as it holds potential in modulating immune responses for clinical applications. Studies indicate that administering recombinant IL2RA could help ameliorate conditions such as autoimmune disorders, where an overactive immune response damages host tissues, or enhance anti-tumor immunity in cancer treatment by improving T-cell responses. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional aspects of IL2RA through recombinant technology can offer insights into designing targeted therapies. Given the increasing prevalence of autoimmune diseases and cancer, the development and characterization of IL2RA recombinant proteins could provide valuable tools for novel immunotherapeutic strategies and improve patient outcomes.
