稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PVRL3, also known as poliovirus receptor-like 3, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and plays a significant role in cellular adhesion and signaling. Its expression is critical in various physiological and pathological processes, including viral infections, cancer progression, and immune responses. Research has shown that PVRL3 can serve as a receptor for certain viruses, facilitating their entry into host cells, which highlights its potential as a therapeutic target. Moreover, PVRL3 is involved in the formation of tight junctions within epithelial tissues, which is essential for maintaining tissue integrity and barrier functions. Therefore, the study of recombinant PVRL3 proteins aims to elucidate their structural and functional properties, providing insights into their roles in health and disease. By generating and characterizing these proteins, researchers seek to better understand how PVRL3 interacts with other molecules and its implications in viral pathology and tumor biology. This research has the potential to inform the development of novel therapeutic strategies, including antiviral agents and cancer therapies, ultimately improving treatment outcomes for various diseases associated with PVRL3 dysregulation.
