稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANXA6, or Annexin A6, is a member of the annexin protein family known for its involvement in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, cytoskeletal dynamics, and cell signaling. This multifunctional protein binds to phospholipids in a calcium-dependent manner, playing a crucial role in cellular processes such as endocytosis, exocytosis, and apoptosis. Research has shown that ANXA6 is implicated in several physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. Its expression levels and localization can serve as potential biomarkers for disease states, making it a target of interest in biomedical research. The recombinant expression of ANXA6 facilitates in-depth studies on its structural and functional properties, allowing researchers to investigate its role in cellular mechanisms and its potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, understanding how ANXA6 interacts with other proteins and cellular components can provide critical insights into its biological significance and therapeutic potential, elucidating new avenues for the treatment of diseases associated with its dysregulation.
