Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLEKHA2, or Pleckstrin Homology Domain Containing, Family A Member 2, is a protein that has garnered significant attention in molecular biology due to its role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cytoskeletal dynamics, and cellular migration. Functionally, PLEKHA2 is characterized by its pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, which allows it to interact with phosphoinositides and other proteins, positioning it as a crucial player in the regulation of membrane trafficking and cytoskeletal organization. Dysregulation of PLEKHA2 has been implicated in a range of diseases, including cancer, where it may influence tumor progression and metastasis by modulating cellular signaling pathways. To better understand the functional implications of PLEKHA2 in health and disease, researchers have focused on the recombinant expression and purification of this protein. This approach facilitates in-depth biochemical and biophysical studies, allowing scientists to explore its functional domains, binding partners, and regulatory mechanisms. Understanding PLEKHA2's structure and function is essential for elucidating its role in cellular contexts, which may eventually lead to novel therapeutic strategies targeting its pathways in disease conditions. Overall, the study of PLEKHA2 as a recombinant protein holds promise for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential implications in therapeutic interventions.
