Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZFHX1A, also known as ZEB1 (Zinc Finger E-Box Binding Homeobox 1), is a transcription factor that plays a pivotal role in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell differentiation, and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT). The dysregulation of ZFHX1A is associated with several pathological conditions, particularly in cancer progression, where it contributes to tumor invasion and metastasis. Recent studies have highlighted its dual role as a transcriptional repressor and activator, depending on the context of target gene regulation. Given its significance in pathological states, the production and characterization of recombinant ZFHX1A protein have become crucial for understanding its functional mechanisms. This research aims to elucidate the molecular pathways mediated by ZFHX1A, providing insights into its role in tumor biology and potential therapeutic targets. By harnessing recombinant DNA technology, researchers can generate large quantities of ZFHX1A protein, enabling detailed biochemical analyses and functional assays. These studies may pave the way for novel strategies in cancer treatment, wherein modulating the activity of ZFHX1A could potentially alter disease outcomes. Overall, the exploration of recombinant ZFHX1A not only enhances our understanding of its biological functions but also serves as a foundational platform for therapeutic innovation against cancers characterized by ZFHX1A dysregulation.
