Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP1R3, also known as protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 3, plays a crucial role in the regulation of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1), a key enzyme involved in numerous cellular processes including glycogen metabolism, cell division, and muscle contraction. The proper functioning of PP1 is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis, and its dysregulation has been implicated in various diseases, such as diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders. Research into the recombinant form of PPP1R3 has gained significant attention as it allows for a better understanding of its specific regulatory mechanisms and interactions with PP1. By producing and studying recombinant PPP1R3, researchers aim to elucidate its structural properties, delineate its binding affinity with PP1, and determine its role in cellular signaling pathways. Additionally, recombinant PPP1R3 can serve as a valuable tool for drug discovery, enabling the identification of potential therapeutic compounds that target PP1 regulation. Understanding the functional dynamics of PPP1R3 is not only vital for basic biological research but also for developing novel strategies to combat diseases associated with PP1 dysregulation.
