Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PAPOLA (Poly-A Polymerase Alpha) is a critical enzyme involved in the post-transcriptional modification of RNA, specifically in the addition of polyadenylate (poly(A)) tails to messenger RNA (mRNA). This process is essential for mRNA stability, nuclear export, and translation efficiency, thus playing a vital role in gene expression regulation. Research on PAPOLA has gained momentum due to its implications in various biological processes and diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, where aberrant polyadenylation may contribute to altered gene expression profiles. Furthermore, the study of PAPOLA has expanded into the realm of synthetic biology and biotechnology, where engineered variants of this protein are being explored for their potential applications in mRNA therapeutics and vaccines. By understanding the structure-function relationship of PAPOLA and its interaction with other cellular factors, scientists aim to elucidate its precise role in cellular processes and develop innovative strategies for therapeutic interventions. This research is poised to contribute significantly to the fields of molecular biology and medicine, offering potential pathways for advancing treatment options for conditions associated with dysregulated gene expression.
