稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TREX2 (thymidine-requiring exonuclease 2) is a member of the exonuclease family and is known for its role in DNA repair and the maintenance of genomic stability. Its significance has emerged from studies linking TREX2 function to cellular responses to DNA damage, particularly in the context of intracellular nucleic acid sensing and antiviral defense mechanisms. Research indicates that TREX2 plays a crucial role in degrading aberrant or viral RNA, thereby modulating innate immune responses. The recombination and expression of TREX2 protein in various biological systems have been pursued to elucidate its structure-function relationships and the molecular pathways it influences. Many studies focus on the implications of TREX2 dysregulation in diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders, where altered DNA damage response pathways can contribute to disease progression. Given the increasing understanding of TREX2's involvement in critical cellular processes, the recombinant production of TREX2 is essential for investigating its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and potential therapeutic applications, paving the way for novel strategies in gene therapy and disease management. This research not only enhances our understanding of TREX2's biological roles but also opens up avenues for developing targeted interventions in pathologies where TREX2 function is compromised, thus underscoring the importance of harnessing recombinant protein technologies in biomedical research.
