Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARHGEF2, a member of the Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) family, plays a crucial role in actin cytoskeleton remodeling and cell signaling pathways by activating Rho GTPases. Its involvement in various physiological processes, including cellular migration, adhesion, and proliferation, has drawn significant research interest. Dysregulation of ARHGEF2 is associated with several pathological conditions, such as cancer metastasis and cardiovascular diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target. Recent studies have highlighted its role in mediating cellular responses to external stimuli, including growth factors and stress signals. The recombinant expression of ARHGEF2 facilitates detailed biochemical and biophysical analysis of its functions and interactions with other intracellular proteins. This research aids in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying its roles in health and disease, paving the way for potential interventions in related disorders. By elucidating the structure-function relationship of ARHGEF2, scientists aim to identify key regulatory elements that could be exploited for drug design or gene therapy approaches.
