Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TPT1, or Tumor Protein 1, is a highly conserved protein that plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as proliferation, survival, and stress response. Initially identified as a protein associated with tumorigenesis, TPT1 has garnered attention for its involvement in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The protein is known to interact with a range of cellular targets, influencing molecular pathways related to cellular growth and metabolism. Research has highlighted its potential as a biomarker for certain cancers due to its overexpression in malignant tissues. Additionally, TPT1 has been implicated in mitochondrial function and has shown protective effects against stress-induced apoptosis. Given its significant biological functions, the recombinant expression of TPT1 has become a focal point of study, facilitating the analysis of its structural and functional attributes. Using recombinant techniques allows for the production of TPT1 in quantities suitable for biochemical assays, structural studies, and potential therapeutic applications. This research not only explores the molecular mechanisms underlying TPT1's role in disease but also aims to leverage its properties for novel treatment strategies, further emphasizing the importance of TPT1 in both basic biology and clinical research.
