Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ORC4L protein, a member of the origin recognition complex (ORC) family, plays a crucial role in DNA replication and cell cycle regulation. Research on ORC4L is significant as it contributes to our understanding of the mechanisms of DNA replication initiation, which is essential for cell division and maintaining genomic stability. Abnormalities in ORC function, including ORC4L, have been linked to various diseases, including cancer, highlighting the importance of studying these proteins. Furthermore, ORC4L is implicated in the regulation of chromatin structure and gene expression, thereby influencing cellular responses to environmental stimuli. The study of ORC4L not only sheds light on fundamental biological processes but also has potential implications for therapeutic strategies aimed at targeting replication mechanisms in cancer cells. Recent advances in molecular biology techniques have enabled researchers to explore the interactions and regulatory networks involving ORC4L, paving the way for new insights into its role in cell biology and disease. Understanding ORC4L's function and regulation could provide valuable information for developing novel treatments that leverage its involvement in DNA replication and cell cycle control.
