Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANKRD21 is a protein that has garnered significant attention due to its role in cellular processes and potential implications in various diseases. As a member of the ankyrin repeat-containing protein family, ANKRD21 is implicated in diverse biological functions, including cell signaling, transcription regulation, and protein-protein interactions. Its structural characteristics, specifically the presence of ankyrin repeats, suggest a capacity for mediating complex interactions with other proteins, which could be essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of ANKRD21 in specific developmental pathways and its potential involvement in the pathogenesis of diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The recombinant expression of ANKRD21 provides researchers with a powerful tool to dissect its functions and interactions in vitro, allowing for a greater understanding of its biological roles. By producing this protein in a recombinant form, scientists can overcome challenges related to its natural expression, enabling detailed biochemical assays and structural analyses. Furthermore, the study of ANKRD21 may lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets or biomarkers, contributing to the development of new strategies in disease treatment and prevention. Therefore, ongoing research into the recombinant protein ANKRD21 holds promise for uncovering its mechanisms of action and therapeutic potential, fostering greater insight into the intricate networks regulating cellular function and disease pathways.
