  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TCEAL3, or T-cell active antigen 3, is a member of the TCEAL family of proteins that are known to play significant roles in immune regulation and gene expression. Its involvement in T-cell signaling pathways and potential implications in various diseases, particularly cancers and autoimmune disorders, has garnered increasing interest. Researchers have identified TCEAL3 as a protein that may influence the immune response by modulating the activity of transcription factors and other cellular signaling molecules. Studies suggest that alterations in TCEAL3 expression may affect T cell differentiation and proliferation, making it a candidate for further investigation in therapeutic contexts. The recombinant expression of TCEAL3 enables researchers to produce large amounts of the protein for functional assays, structural studies, and potential clinical applications. Understanding the biochemical properties and biological functions of TCEAL3 can provide insights into its role in immune system mechanisms and the development of new strategies for treating immunological conditions. As such, elucidating the functions and interactions of TCEAL3 at a molecular level is critical for harnessing its potential in biomedicine, paving the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
