Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ALS2CR8 is a recombinant protein that has gained attention in the field of molecular biology and therapeutic research due to its potential implications in neurodegenerative diseases. It is encoded by the ALS2CR8 gene, which is associated with the pathogenesis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and other neurodegenerative disorders. Research indicates that ALS2CR8 may play a crucial role in cellular processes such as protein aggregation, mitochondrial function, and neuronal survival, making it a candidate for target-based drug discovery. The study of ALS2CR8 encompasses various approaches, including gene expression analysis, protein-protein interaction studies, and functional assays, to elucidate its biological functions and mechanisms of action. Understanding the structure and function of ALS2CR8 could provide insights into the molecular pathways involved in neurodegeneration, paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at targeting ALS and related disorders. Furthermore, recombinant protein technology allows for the production and characterization of ALS2CR8, facilitating its use in functional studies and potential clinical applications. As research progresses, ALS2CR8 is positioned as a significant focus for both academic and pharmaceutical investigations, highlighting its relevance in the quest to understand and combat neurodegenerative diseases.
