稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR10G3, a member of the olfactory receptor gene family, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its potential implications in sensory biology and human disease. These receptors are primarily known for their role in the detection of odorants, but emerging studies have suggested that they may also play a role in various physiological processes beyond olfaction. The OR10G3 protein, in particular, is expressed in several tissues, indicating a broader functional relevance that may extend to tumor biology and immune responses. Research has shown that certain olfactory receptors, including OR10G3, might be involved in signaling pathways related to cancer progression and metastasis. Additionally, the ability of these receptors to interact with non-olfactory ligands raises intriguing possibilities for their therapeutic targeting. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have allowed for the expression and purification of OR10G3, facilitating in-depth studies into its structural characteristics and ligand-binding properties. Understanding the biological role of OR10G3 through recombinant techniques may uncover novel insights into its functional mechanisms and open avenues for innovative therapeutic strategies in treating diseases linked to its dysregulation. Thus, the study of OR10G3 not only enhances our fundamental understanding of olfactory receptors but also highlights their potential as biomarkers and targets in clinical applications.
