Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AP3D1, or Adaptor Protein Complex 3 Delta 1, is a crucial component of the adaptor protein complexes involved in intracellular transport, particularly in the sorting and delivery of membrane proteins. Its role has garnered attention due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including endocytosis and lysosomal trafficking. Research suggests that mutations or dysregulation of AP3D1 may contribute to several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain types of cancer, highlighting its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional dynamics of AP3D1 can provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for these conditions. Recent advancements in protein engineering and recombinant techniques have enabled the production of recombinant AP3D1, facilitating detailed studies of its biochemical properties and interactions within the cellular environment. This research is essential not only for elucidating the fundamental biological mechanisms of intracellular transport but also for developing novel strategies to intervene in diseases linked to AP3D1 dysfunction. The ongoing investigation into AP3D1's role in cellular pathways underscores its potential as a biomarker and a target for drug development, paving the way for innovative approaches in medical research and treatment.
