Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP1R3C, also known as Protein Phosphatase 1 Regulatory Subunit 3C, is a member of the PPP1R3 family that plays a critical role in regulating protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) activity, which is essential for various cellular processes, including glycogen metabolism, cell signaling, and apoptosis. The importance of PPP1R3C in these pathways has garnered significant research interest, particularly in understanding its role in metabolic disorders such as diabetes and obesity. Studies have indicated that PPP1R3C may influence insulin signaling and glucose homeostasis, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, the characterization of PPP1R3C as a regulatory subunit highlights its capability to modulate PP1's substrate specificity and activity, which is vital for fine-tuning cellular responses. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of purified PPP1R3C proteins, facilitating detailed structural and functional analyses. These studies aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms through which PPP1R3C affects PP1 activity and its broader implications in cellular metabolism and disease. Understanding the functional dynamics of this protein could provide insights into novel strategies for treating metabolic-related diseases, and thus, its recombinant study is of paramount significance in both basic and applied biomedical research.
