稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SIX1 is a member of the SIX gene family, which plays a pivotal role in various developmental processes and is also implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer. It encodes a transcription factor that is crucial for organogenesis, particularly in the development of the inner ear, eyes, and limbs. Research into SIX1 has gained momentum due to its dual function in development and disease; aberrant expression of this protein has been linked to tumorigenesis and metastasis in various cancers, including breast and ovarian cancers. The protein exerts its effects by regulating downstream target genes involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Investigating the structure and function of SIX1 recombinant protein allows researchers to elucidate its mechanisms of action at the molecular level. This understanding may uncover novel therapeutic targets and strategies for cancer treatment, as well as provide insights into developmental disorders associated with SIX1 dysfunction. Furthermore, the study of SIX1 and its signaling pathways is vital for comprehending the complex interactions that govern cellular behavior in both normal physiological and pathological contexts. Overall, the exploration of SIX1 recombinant protein serves as a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of gene regulation, developmental biology, and cancer therapeutics.
