Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD27BP, or CD27-binding protein, is a crucial molecular player in the immune system that interacts with CD27, a key co-stimulatory receptor expressed on T and B lymphocytes. The CD27/CD27BP signaling pathway is vital for the activation and proliferation of these immune cells, making CD27BP a potential target for therapeutic interventions in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Research has indicated that CD27BP plays a significant role in modulating immune responses, influencing T cell memory formation, and regulating the survival of activated lymphocytes. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression and characterization of CD27BP protein to explore its functional properties and binding affinities further. This work aims to understand how CD27BP can be harnessed for therapeutic purposes, such as enhancing anti-tumor immunity or modulating autoimmune responses. Additionally, producing a recombinant form of CD27BP allows for in-depth structural studies and the development of potential CD27BP-targeted therapies, enhancing our overall understanding of immune modulation and leading to innovative approaches in immunotherapy. As such, the investigation of CD27BP represents a promising avenue in the field of immunology and therapeutic development.
