Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOBOX (Nob Protein in Oogenesis) is a germ cell-specific transcription factor that plays a critical role in oocyte development and folliculogenesis. First identified in the context of human ovarian function, NOBOX is crucial for early stages of oocyte maturation and has been linked to the regulation of genes essential for oocyte survival and fertility. The study of NOBOX has become increasingly significant due to its implications in reproductive biology and its potential association with infertility disorders. Research has shown that mutations or aberrant expression of NOBOX can lead to impaired ovarian function and have been implicated in various forms of female infertility, including premature ovarian failure. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have enabled scientists to produce NOBOX in vitro, allowing for detailed functional studies and the exploration of its interaction with other key regulators of oocyte development. By understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying NOBOX's role, researchers aim to develop targeted therapeutic strategies to combat fertility issues, thereby enhancing reproductive health outcomes. Ongoing studies continue to investigate the regulatory network in which NOBOX operates, further elucidating its significance in oocyte biology and potential clinical applications.
