Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOB1, an essential protein involved in the maturation of ribosomal RNA, plays a crucial role in the biogenesis of the 40S ribosomal subunit in eukaryotic cells. This protein is part of the RNase MRP and nuclear exosome complexes, which are responsible for processing and degradation of RNA. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of NOB1 in the regulation of gene expression and its implications in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation and stress responses. Moreover, aberrations in NOB1 expression have been linked to several cancers, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The study of recombinant NOB1 proteins is vital for elucidating its structure-function relationship, understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying ribosome biogenesis, and exploring its role in disease states. By generating and characterizing recombinant NOB1, researchers aim to provide insights into its interactions with other ribosomal proteins and RNA components, which can pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting ribosomal dysfunction in cancer and other diseases. Thus, the research on NOB1 recombinant proteins is not only significant for basic biological understanding but also for potential clinical applications in oncological therapies.
