Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NLRP13 is part of the NLR (nucleotide-binding domain and leucine-rich repeat containing) family of proteins, which play crucial roles in the innate immune system by recognizing pathogens and initiating inflammatory responses. Recent studies have highlighted NLRP13's potential as a key regulator of immune signaling pathways, influencing responses to infection and inflammation. The protein is thought to activate the inflammasome, a multiprotein complex that triggers the maturation of pro-inflammatory cytokines, thus contributing to host defense. However, little is known about the specific mechanisms by which NLRP13 operates, and its precise role in various disease contexts remains unclear. The development of NLRP13 recombinant proteins has become essential for studying its structure-function relationship and interactions with other immune signaling components. Recombination techniques allow for the production of high-purity proteins, facilitating biochemical and biophysical analyses. Understanding how NLRP13 modulates immune responses could provide insights into therapeutic strategies for diseases where the immune system is dysregulated, such as autoimmune disorders, chronic inflammation, and certain infections.
