  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

HBe1 recombinant protein has garnered substantial interest in the field of virology and immunology, particularly concerning its role in hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and the associated immune response. Hepatitis B virus is a significant global health concern, affecting millions and leading to chronic liver diseases, including cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. HBeAg (Hepatitis B e Antigen) is a non-structural protein that plays a critical role in HBV pathogenesis and is commonly used as a marker for viral replication and disease progression. Researchers have focused on the HBe1 recombinant protein, derived from the HBeAg, to investigate its potential applications in vaccine development and therapeutic strategies. Understanding the immunogenic properties of HBe1 may facilitate the design of more effective vaccines and treatments by eliciting a robust immune response, which is crucial for controlling HBV infection. Additionally, studying HBe1 can provide insights into the mechanisms of immune tolerance and evasion employed by HBV, thereby guiding the development of novel therapeutic approaches. With the increasing prevalence of HBV-related diseases, the exploration of HBe1 recombinant protein is vital for enhancing our understanding of viral infections and improving public health outcomes globally.
