Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VAV2 is a member of the VAV family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors that play critical roles in regulating various cellular processes, including cell signaling, cytoskeletal remodeling, and immune responses. The research on VAV2 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in several pathological conditions, particularly in cancer and autoimmune diseases. VAV2 facilitates the activation of Rho-family GTPases, which are pivotal for processes such as cell migration and proliferation. Aberrant expression or mutations in the VAV2 gene have been associated with tumor progression and metastasis, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant production of VAV2 protein to investigate its structural and functional properties, which could offer insights into its role in signal transduction pathways. Understanding VAV2's mechanism of action can pave the way for the development of novel interventions for diseases where VAV2 is implicated. Additionally, the ability to produce VAV2 in a recombinant form opens up possibilities for studying its interactions with other proteins and small molecules, further elucidating its role in cellular processes and disease mechanisms.
