Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TJAP1, or T-cell receptor-α and J-protein 1, has emerged as a crucial player in cellular signaling processes, particularly in immune responses. Research on TJAP1 has gained momentum in recent years due to its potential role in modulating T cell activation and differentiation, which are vital for an effective immune response. Recent studies have shown that TJAP1 interacts with various signaling molecules, influencing pathways related to inflammation and autoimmune conditions. Furthermore, its expression levels have been linked to diseases such as cancer, where it may contribute to tumor progression and immune evasion. The understanding of TJAP1’s structure and function is also pivotal for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing or inhibiting its activity. Given the complexity of immune responses and the interplay between different signaling cascades, TJAP1 serves as a promising target for more precise modulation of immune therapy, particularly in the context of T cell-mediated diseases. Ongoing research aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying TJAP1's functions, with the hope of applying these insights to clinical settings for improved treatment outcomes. The development of recombinant TJAP1 proteins for experimental use is also being explored, offering tools to better understand its biology and therapeutics potential. Overall, as the body of evidence surrounding TJAP1 expands, it is increasingly recognized as a key component in the regulation of immune responses and as a promising target for biomedical research.
