Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTTG1 (pituitary tumor-transforming gene 1) is a multifunctional protein initially identified for its role in pituitary tumorigenesis. It encodes a protein that plays a critical role in cell cycle regulation, particularly in the transition from the G2 phase to mitosis. Overexpression of PTTG1 has been implicated in various tumors, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of PTTG1 to explore its functional properties and interactions with other cellular pathways. Researchers aim to produce high-quality recombinant PTTG1 protein to investigate its structural characteristics, biological activity, and potential involvement in tumorigenic processes. The generation of recombinant PTTG1 also facilitates the study of its interaction with specific receptors, aiding in the understanding of its role in tumor development and progression. Additionally, this research may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting PTTG1, offering hope for more effective cancer treatments. Understanding the mechanisms by which PTTG1 contributes to tumor biology is essential for developing targeted interventions that could improve patient outcomes in cancers associated with this protein.
