稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD16, also known as FcγRIII, is a critical receptor expressed on the surface of natural killer (NK) cells, macrophages, and some T cells, playing a pivotal role in the immune system's response to infections and tumors. Research on CD16 recombinant proteins has garnered significant interest due to their potential applications in immunotherapy and diagnostics. The understanding of CD16's structure and function has been enhanced through the development of recombinant technology, allowing for the production of CD16 proteins in a controlled environment. These engineered proteins can be utilized to study receptor-ligand interactions, elucidate signaling pathways, and enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) mechanisms. Furthermore, recombinant CD16 proteins are being explored as therapeutic agents or tools in monoclonal antibody therapies, improving their efficacy in targeting cancer cells. The ability to manipulate CD16 expression and function offers opportunities to design novel immunotherapeutic strategies, potentially leading to improved outcomes in cancer treatment and infectious diseases. The ongoing research on CD16 recombinant proteins continues to provide insights into their therapeutic potential and mechanisms of action, contributing to the advancement of targeted immunotherapies.
