Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WARS2, or tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase 2, is a key enzyme involved in the aminoacylation of tRNA with tryptophan, an essential amino acid. This enzyme plays a crucial role in protein synthesis and has garnered interest due to its implications in various biological processes, including mitochondrial function and cellular stress responses. Research has demonstrated that mutations in the WARS2 gene can lead to mitochondrial diseases, highlighting its importance in human health. Furthermore, WARS2 is implicated in the modulation of immune responses and may have a role in neurodegenerative disorders. The study of WARS2 recombinant proteins enables researchers to explore its structural and functional properties, providing insights into its enzymatic activity and potential interactions with other cellular components. Such investigations are critical for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying diseases associated with WARS2 dysfunction and could lead to the development of targeted therapies. Overall, the characterization of WARS2 and its recombinant forms stands to enhance our comprehension of its biological significance and therapeutic potential.
