Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1qtnf12, also known as C1q and TNF-related protein 12, is a member of the complement component 1, q subcomponent (C1q) family, which plays a crucial role in the immune response and inflammation regulation. Recent studies suggest that C1qtnf12 may be involved in various physiological processes, including adipogenesis, immunity, and cell signaling. Researchers have shown an increased interest in this protein due to its potential implications in metabolic disorders and autoimmune diseases. The capacity of C1qtnf12 to interact with other proteins in the complement and TNF pathways positions it as a significant focus for understanding the mechanisms underlying inflammatory and metabolic diseases. Investigating the structure-function relationship of C1qtnf12 through recombinant protein studies could provide insights into its biological roles and therapeutic applications. Additionally, the generation of recombinant C1qtnf12 protein allows for detailed exploration of its properties, interactions, and involvement in disease pathology, which can pave the way for novel treatment strategies targeting its signaling pathways.
