稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
A30L protein, derived from the African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV), has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its crucial role in viral pathogenesis and immune evasion. ASFV is a highly contagious virus that affects domestic and wild pigs, leading to severe economic losses in the pig industry worldwide. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of A30L has become essential for developing effective vaccines and therapeutic strategies against ASF. Research has revealed that A30L is involved in inhibiting the host's immune response by interfering with the production and function of antiviral cytokines. It also plays a role in modulating apoptosis and autophagy, enabling the virus to replicate more efficiently within infected cells. Recent studies have employed various techniques, including structural biology, virology, and immunology, to elucidate the functional properties of A30L and its interactions with host cellular pathways. By comprehensively studying A30L, researchers aim to unravel the complex dynamics of ASFV infection and identify potential targets for intervention, thus contributing to the broader understanding of viral immunology and the development of countermeasures against this economically significant disease.
