Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HMG20B (High Mobility Group Protein 20B) is a member of the high mobility group (HMG) protein family, which plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression, chromatin structure, and cellular processes such as differentiation and proliferation. The significance of HMG20B in various biological contexts has garnered attention, particularly due to its involvement in cancer and developmental disorders. Studies suggest that HMG20B functions as a transcriptional regulator that interacts with DNA and other nuclear factors, influencing the expression of target genes. Its expression patterns have been observed to vary in different tissues and stages of development, pointing to its potential regulatory roles in cellular contexts. Research on HMG20B recombinant proteins aims to elucidate the mechanisms by which it modulates gene activity and participates in chromatin remodeling. Understanding the structure-function relationship of HMG20B, along with its downstream effects on gene expression, can provide insights into its pathological roles and potential as a therapeutic target. Moreover, its ability to form complexes with other proteins opens avenues for investigating its interactions and functional dynamics within the cell. Consequently, studies on the recombinant proteins of HMG20B are critical for advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and could have implications for the development of novel strategies for treating diseases linked to its dysregulation.
