Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MEF2D (myocyte enhancer factor 2D) is a member of the MEF2 family of transcription factors, which play critical roles in muscle differentiation, neuronal function, and immune system regulation. Research into MEF2D has intensified due to its involvement in various physiological processes and its implications in several diseases, including cardiac hypertrophy, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer. MEF2D functions as a regulator of gene expression by binding to specific DNA sequences and interacting with other proteins involved in transcriptional regulation. The study of MEF2D recombinant proteins has become a crucial area of interest, as these proteins can be used to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which MEF2D influences cellular behaviors and developmental pathways. Recombinant MEF2D proteins facilitate the investigation of its structural characteristics, binding affinities, and functional properties in vitro, providing insights into its interactions with co-factors and target genes. Furthermore, understanding the dynamics of MEF2D activity can reveal potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with its dysregulation. By leveraging advances in recombinant protein technology, researchers aim to better understand MEF2D's role in health and disease, paving the way for innovative strategies in drug development and regenerative medicine.
