稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LCN13 (Lipocalin 13) is a member of the lipocalin family, which is known for its ability to bind small hydrophobic molecules and play a crucial role in various biological processes, including lipid transport, cell signaling, and immune response. The interest in LCN13 has surged due to its potential implications in metabolic disorders, such as obesity, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes. Furthermore, recent studies suggest that LCN13 may influence inflammation and cancer progression, making it a valuable molecule for therapeutic research. The recombinant expression of LCN13 enables scientists to produce the protein in a controlled environment, allowing for detailed functional and structural studies. By employing techniques such as molecular cloning and protein purification, researchers aim to elucidate the role of LCN13 in physiological and pathological contexts, examine its interaction with various ligands, and explore its potential as a biomarker for disease. Consequently, the study of LCN13 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of lipocalin biology but also paves the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting metabolic and inflammatory diseases.
