Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LATS1 (Large Tumor Suppressor 1) is a crucial protein in the Hippo signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in regulating cell growth, proliferation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in various cancers, making LATS1 a key focus for cancer research. Studies have shown that LATS1 functions as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting cell cycle progression and promoting apoptosis in response to cellular stress. Its role in maintaining tissue homeostasis and organ size has further highlighted its importance in developmental biology. Given the tumor-suppressive properties of LATS1, researchers are investigating its potential as a therapeutic target for cancer treatment. The recombination and expression of LATS1 allow for detailed studies on its structure, function, and interaction with other proteins in the Hippo pathway. Advances in recombinant protein techniques are aiding the production of LATS1 for biochemical assays, aiding in the elucidation of its mechanistic roles in cancer biology. Understanding the functional dynamics of LATS1 is essential for the development of novel cancer therapies that can effectively leverage the Hippo signaling pathway for tumor growth inhibition.
