Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAPKBP1, or Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Binding Protein 1, is a crucial protein involved in signal transduction pathways that regulate various cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. It plays a significant role in the response to extracellular stimuli and is implicated in multiple physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. The integration of MAPKBP1 with the MAPK signaling cascade highlights its importance in modulating cellular responses to stress signals. Researchers are increasingly interested in characterizing MAPKBP1 as a potential therapeutic target, given its involvement in disease mechanisms. Recombinant MAPKBP1 protein production is essential for understanding its functional roles, studying its interactions with other proteins, and assessing its involvement in MAPK signaling pathways. This research not only enhances our understanding of the molecular mechanisms governed by MAPKBP1 but also paves the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in disease contexts. Furthermore, structural studies of recombinant MAPKBP1 can provide insights into its functional domains and interaction motifs, facilitating the identification of small molecules or peptides that could serve as inhibitors or activators of its activity, ultimately contributing to advancements in precision medicine.
