Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAMDC2 (MAM Domain Containing 2) is a protein that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various physiological processes and diseases. Belonging to the MAM domain-containing protein family, MAMDC2 is implicated in cellular signaling and development, particularly in the context of the nervous and immune systems. Studies suggest that MAMDC2 may be involved in cell adhesion, differentiation, and the regulation of gene expression, hinting at its critical role in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Research has indicated that alterations in MAMDC2 expression are associated with certain cancer types and neurodevelopmental disorders, thereby raising interest in its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant production of MAMDC2 protein allows for detailed investigations into its structure, function, and interactions with other biomolecules, facilitating a deeper understanding of its biological significance. By employing techniques such as molecular cloning and expression systems, researchers aim to elucidate the mechanisms by which MAMDC2 contributes to cellular processes and disease pathogenesis, which may pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies targeting its regulatory pathways. Overall, the study of recombinant MAMDC2 protein is crucial for advancing our understanding of its multifaceted roles in health and disease.
