  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

MAD1L1, a gene located on chromosome 3, encodes a protein that plays a critical role in the spindle assembly checkpoint, ensuring accurate chromosome segregation during cell division. Recent studies have recognized the importance of MAD1L1 in maintaining genomic stability, with mutations linked to various types of cancer and developmental disorders. The protein's interaction with other checkpoint proteins, such as MAD2 and BUBR1, highlights its integral role in the regulation of mitosis. Researchers have begun to focus on MAD1L1 recombinant proteins to better understand its structure, function, and the mechanisms underlying its associated pathologies. By producing MAD1L1 in a recombinant form, scientists aim to investigate its conformational changes, binding affinities, and potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, the characterization of MAD1L1 recombinants in vitro can elucidate the signaling pathways involved in tumorigenesis, contributing to the development of novel cancer treatment strategies. The ongoing research into MAD1L1 underscores its significance in cell biology and its potential implications for cancer therapy and genetic disorders.
