Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUBP1, a protein encoded by the NUBP1 gene, plays a pivotal role in cellular processes such as nucleotide biosynthesis, protein folding, and stress response. Research has shown that NUBP1 is involved in the regulation of the cellular stress response, particularly under conditions of oxidative stress, where it aids in maintaining proteostasis. Additionally, NUBP1 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it an important target for therapeutic intervention. The study of NUBP1 recombinant protein is crucial for elucidating its functional mechanisms and interactions within the cell. By producing and characterizing recombinant NUBP1, researchers aim to provide insights into its structural properties and biological functions, which may reveal potential pathways for drug development. Understanding how NUBP1 interacts with other cellular proteins and its role in disease progression could lead to novel strategies for treatment and improve our overall knowledge of stress responses in cells. As a result, NUBP1 recombinant protein research has garnered significant attention in the fields of molecular biology and biochemistry, highlighting its importance in both fundamental research and clinical applications.
