Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SNX16 (Sorting Nexin 16) is a member of the sorting nexin family, which plays a crucial role in intracellular trafficking and membrane dynamics. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in the endosomal and lysosomal pathways, particularly in receptor recycling and the regulation of signal transduction. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying SNX16 function is vital, as its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The recombinant protein of SNX16 provides a valuable tool for investigating its biological functions and interactions with other cellular components. By producing this protein in a controlled environment, researchers can examine its structure, binding properties, and role in cellular processes using biochemical assays and structural biology techniques, such as X-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy. Moreover, characterizing the SNX16 recombinant protein can facilitate the identification of potential therapeutic targets, paving the way for novel approaches to treat diseases associated with its dysfunction. Overall, the study of SNX16 recombinant protein is crucial for elucidating its role in cellular pathways and developing strategies to manipulate its function for therapeutic benefits.
